I have never had to wait, has taken the extra time to make me feel like I had a full eye exam and listened. Being military family she helped a lot.

Truly takes time with patient. Gets to know you as a person and is willing to share pros and cons of different options. Was never pushy and understood that I had a budget. Very realistic. Will go back.

Dr. Hage is excellent. When I was in school and first needed glasses she took time to also do some teaching which I really appreciated.

I called Dr. Hage’s office when she was on vacation during the Coronavirus Pandemic. My eye sight had completely gone cloudy and at the age of 28 I was scared. I called her office to find out she was off and the office was closed due to the virus. I left a message with someone and they said they would try to reach out. Nobody in Joplin was open. I thought I might have to go to the emergency room. A couple hours later Dr. Hage called. She was very concerned for me and told me she would meet me right away. I was in her office in less than 30 minutes after that phone call getting the care that I needed. Thank you Dr. Hage for taking care of me when it wasn’t convenient for you!

Dr. Hage was amazing! She helped my husband more than any other eye doctor he’s been to.

I would recommend anyone and everyone to Dr. Hage. She is very thorough in her work and walks you through the whole exam. If you have any questions, she answers them. Most Optometrists that I've gone to have left me waiting longer than the amount of time they take in the exam room with me - NOT DR. HAGE! Plus Dr. Hage takes walk-ins and has been known for working well with your schedule! She's amazing at what she does and so pleasant to talk with. I'd give her 10 stars out of 5 if I could!
