My twins with ASD saw SLPs and OTs with this agency for over a year. Insurance investigations were made necessary by their unethical processing of session charges/payments. I can anecdotally add that this occurred to MANY TRICARE families over the years. Additionally, when her junior SLPs called in sick, instead of canceling, she would cover the session, but was famously unprepared and very much not in tune with any child with Autism. I believe her ethics are questionable at best, and her management is very poor.

Ms King is unprofessional in billing. She would contact me by telephone demanding payment before bills had ever been sent, treating me as someone who was trying to avoid paying bills (calling evenings around 9 pm, emailing me in the middle of the night). After a few months of this disrespectful treatment, I terminated my relationship with her company. Rude.

Crooks! My daughter was a former patient & has not been for almost 6 months. Somehow this company found out what new school my daughter was attending. Without getting my consent they contacted my daughter school & told them I was ok with them starting therapy with my daughter. The school called me to verify, I told them it is not ok & I had no knowledge of them contacting the school. They still came to her school the next day & performed therapy after they were told they did have permission.

If there was an option for no stars thats what I'd pick. She showed up 15 minutes late and the staff couldn't get a hold of her. She came in and was COMPLETELY unorganized, she said she didn't read my sons file that was given to her two weeks ago! 30 minutes later she said bye I told her I paid for an hour she said she had another appointment she was late for. This is unacceptable behavior for a professional disrespectful, irresponsible, inattentive and completely neglectful. Read the reviews.
