Deb Meisel is a strength's based therapist who truly does spend her time with patients focusing on what they can do this week to improve their situation. She uses each session to ensure that you are improving from the past session and feeling strong for your future. Though working with Cancer Patients is her specialty, Ms. Meisel is exceptional with patients who see her for "family" related therapy.

I have a complicated cancer and Deb's insights and knowledge have been invaluable. She knows a lot about the ups and downs of a scary disease, understands the effects of chemotherapy and the enormous challenges being sick can bring (loss of contact with friends/workmates, inability to do much, depression as a side effect, feeling like you'll never get better, chemo brain). (note: she has no staff, so please ignore any grades about the office and staff. There was no way to say n/a.)
