Dr. Deborah Miller, PHD

we went to Dr Miller per our pediatrician recommendation to do an evaluation for our 7 year old. She was not paying attention to our situation and seemed was only interested in collecting the hill and pass us onto another evaluation. In her final report she made errors and assumptions. She was asking the same questions that were included in the background information and still wasn’t sure how to evaluate. It was a waste of our time effort and money. So at least learned a lesson to do research and wait for appointment. She wasn’t busy for a reason

Dr. Deborah Miller is a trustworthy, caring and empathic psychologist. She listens deeply and patiently, and responds with thoughtful insights. Dr. Miler, over several months of counseling, made a huge difference in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Deborah Miller.

Psychology is a personalized thing. Dr. Miller may be good for you. She was not good for me. The downward spiral that I experienced during my time with her was reversed once I found a better match. Personal preferences aside, she consistently ran late and ended 45 minute sessions early for "journaling," aka keep you in the room while she takes notes so she can bill for a full hour. I could understand occasional lateness or early finishes, but this was consistent and most appts were 40 mins
