Dr. Epard is thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable. In just a few visits, my back problem has resolved. I'm a very active 63-year-old woman with a few minor complaints. She quickly identified my weak areas (left knee, stiff neck, tight ankles and hip flexors) and is advising a regime of targeted stretches as well as a heel lift for my left foot. I'd completely forgotten about my shorter left leg and am delighted to see how this helps my chronic knee issues. She is also knowledgeable about nutrition with a commitment to healthy options vs. fads. Great!
