Dr. Debra Klinger-Rosenfeld, PHD

Everything I told her she used it against me in court (be careful, she has poor ethics), it was a custody case and she created a report based on lies and science-less. She lied shameless, and from looking at others reviews of her online, she seems to be biased against women. Also, seems to always be colluded with one of the attorneys. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

She acts in very bad faith and is an evil person.

She truly developed a relationship with my child, understood the behaviors of both sides and put the childrens best interest above all. She is very knowledgeable in behaviors and the court system. She is dedictated to her cases and clients.

She is biased, unprofessional, and misrepresents what professionals involved in the case for years tell her. She does not care about the children she is suppose to protect. She diagnoses parents with mental disorders after spending a few hours without evidence even when their personal therapists seeing them for years tell her there is nothing wrong with a parent. She needs to be held accountable for the damage her lies have caused families and children.

She really got “it”. One of the very few that did. Wish I could say the same thing for the court. Went through a litigation abuse filled case, after years of experiencing severe ongoing trauma and she was able to see through all the smoke and mirrors, and portray an accurate overview in her report (even with road blocks deliberately placed in her way) Wish I was able to see her as a client. Would highly recommend her for anyone who has experienced trauma, DV, coercive control, narcissistic abuse, etc.

Was court ordered for eval. during my second custody battle. Dr. Klinger-Rosenfeld provided an extensive and thorough exam. The first eval was done by an unethical evaluator who used a crystal ball to make negligent conclusions. He was not permitted back into my case for certain reasons. Dr. Klinger-Rosenfeld was truly an advocate for my children and closely collaborated with the outside therapist (also court ordered). Thank goodness my children are in my custody and not their mother’s.

VERY BAD PERSON.

Definitely do not recommend. Uses a very old outdated testing method, which was created to test for malingering in correctional settings... which she relies heavily on. Extremely biased. Uses hearsay to formulate reports. She uses her opinions as if they facts, the eval is supposed to objective and clinical. Seemed very sheepish and inexperienced when it comes to certain topics. Seems like she has a history of this unprofessional behavior. I didn’t seek her services to get her OPINION.
