Dr Solomon is very kind, thorough, compassionate and reassuring. My appointment at Costco was no waiting time, prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Have been several times and Dr. Solomon has been excellent every time. Her receptionist is very nice and professional as well.

She is rude, edgy and extremely defensive. This was not the first time I have been to Costco Optometry. The first thing I noticed is that she snapped at the receptionist in front of the 2 patients in the waiting room. The credit card machine was not working so instead of saying that the machine was not working she went on the defensive. Instead of asking a question (this was the 3rd card I gave to her and the receptionist) she said that their was something wrong with my card and put the blame on me. When I said that the code they were getting was a connectivity error she got belligerent and said she had used the machine previously without any problems inferring that the problem had to be with my card. For a doctor a professional I would think that she would be more professional than that. I paid by cash walked out the door and paid with the same card for my glasses less than 15 minutes later. Very poor customer service. And by the way she did not apologize just walked away.
