Just saw Ms White this morning 9/30/19 about a chronic sore throat and cough. She was extremely caring and thorough and listened to everything I said, she asked many questions and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone

Very cold and unfeeling. Many people who come to an ENT have been going through very chronic problems and want to know they are heard and understood so that you can treat their condition effectively. She did no such thing at all. She was rude, did not take the time to explain my condition, and did not explain the treatments she was giving me. She simply typed away at the computer. I've never had such a cold visit with any doctor like that before. No follow up, no smile, nothing. Unacceptable.
