My children (toddler & preteen) saw her today for the first time and she was wonderful! Very lively and easy to talk to, I like that she talks directly to my children about themselves and how they feel, not just me. She did not just try to rush through the visit and genuinely cared.

Will never go back to see her. Horrible advice and does not know how to deal with teenage girls. Rest of staff at the office is wonderful.
