HORRIBLE! Unprofessional!! Sorry excuse for a counselor. Called and told him I was in a crisis situation so we scheduled an appt. An hour after my appt time I finally got him on the phone, I could hear he was driving and he said my insurance confused him. He said give him 5 minutes and he’d do our session. He ended up ghosting me.
