The CNA or whatever title she has. It is the person who you initially speak to upon entering exam room. She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly and kind.

the young lady who did my history intake was very professional as well as friendly and immediately put me at ease. Denise was awesome in explaining everything and took her time with me which you don't often see now a days. She is very knowledgeable as well. The young lady who checked me out was also very professional and friendly - she has a beautiful smile (even through the mask ! ! !) and her eyes simply twinkle. These 3 ladies made me feel so much better - thanks to all of them (sorry I didn't get the name of the 2 young ladies who were so wonderful).
