Denise McPherson, MSN

Denise cared for my mother during some difficult times. She was patient and compassionate with her but she also took the time to share that compassion with me. She is much appreciated.

I have recommended Ms. McPherson to another gentleman, and he is very glad I did and is he is very satisfied as I am also satisfied with the care and understanding way she treats me and answers any concerns. She also treats my wife in Memory Care at The Palms and I can rest easy knowing she is well cared for.

Denise attends to my father and my step mother who are in a multi-level care facility. She is very responsive, explains things in lay-man's terms and provides excellent care, as well as referrals.

Denise delivered mediocre care as an ongoing house call provider. It seemed as if her methods of doctoring were limited to looking over the patient and taking their blood pressure. Her approach to elder health care was one of minimal action, unless it was otherwise insisted upon by the patient's family. On more than one occasion I was told that things are what they are. Denise is rather methodical with little beside manner. I'd like to say she was helpful with the patient's family's inquiries, however, you could sense she felt bothered.
