They won’t give REFUNDS. What legitimate business can get away with that? It’s a long story of NO. I asked his wife to refund my account and she said we don’t give REFUNDS! I was shocked, and continue to try to get my money back. I will never go beck but they owe me $700.00 just for lenses! They know they owe me. Very Sad. Never recommend! I also didn’t see a NO REFUND sign anywhere, so the customer has no idea till they are owed a REFUND! My be the attorney general would be interested in these business practices

I have seeing Dr Kehoe for years now and I have been extremely happy. First visit, Dr Kehoe "held my hand" through the puff test for glaucoma. I had a bad experience years ago and hadn't been able to sit through one for years. He was so patient with me. He really cares about my eyesight. Everyone in the office has always been great. I highly recommend.

I’ve been with you for almost 10 years know & I’ve never had a bad visit!! You & your beautiful wife always make me feel special & cared for. Your wife always walks me to my car when I’m alone. Being disabled that means so much to feel safe!! I love both of you so much for all you do for me I know I will get the best care for my eyes! I recommended my brother and he loves you tooo!!! Dr. Kehoe says if your prescription is wrong to bring it back and he will fix it until it is right. Bet. He won't. I have a $600 pair of paperweights. All he told me was well, isn't it better than your last pair?

Dr. Kehoe is a phenomenal optometrist who genuinely cares about his clients. If you want a fair shake, this is the Dr. to see. Approximately 5 years ago, he left the location he was at before and I was unable to remember his name. He recently contacted me through a text and I was thrilled to find him again. I immediately scheduled an apt with him even though my last exam was less than a year ago. At long last, I can see again. I have a prism and it's difficult to get a good prescription.

He is excellent and a perfectionist. Best glasses and contacts I have had in 50+ years.

Horrible. Told me if I felt the Rx was off to come back and he would correct it. Well I come back free having migraines and he just got extremely defensive telling me it was the FRAMES. I may not be a “doctor” but I’m not an idiot. Would never recommend.

I went to Dr. Kehoe’s for three years but recently the customer service has gone down. Dr. Kehoe is excellent at filling prescriptions and providing people with comfortable-fitting glasses that work with their lifestyle but his patient service from the office can be unbearable. They do not leave voicemails, communicate with Dr. Kehoe, or check the insurance properly. Would not come here again.

I have been going to Dr. Kehoe for years. He truly cares about his patients. He makes sure you walk away without unanswered questions. Dr. Kehoe makes it fun and enjoyable to get exams..glasses or contacts. Also..I didnt have to wait to see him.
