Dr. Dennis Kirsten, DC

He’s not a Dr, he’s a bull headed piece of poop. He got nasty with me. He wont return phone calls so if something happens with your meds, you’re screwed! Find another provider. He is horrible, his staff is horrible.

I went to Dr. Kirsten at pain management in Cottonwood az for over 5 years. Dr. Kirsten is very unprofessional. He was not 1 time in 5 years on time to his office. Sometimes arriving 2 hours or more after his 1st appointment was scheduled. He was ALWAYS overbooked and you usually had to wait a minimum of 2 hours to be seen for 2 -3 mins in order for him to push a button for prescription to go thru to pharmacy. He is impossible to get ahold of and the office NEVER calls you back. They do not care about you and you are just a number. He deserves formal complaints against him for some of the stuff he does but most won't because he's only dr around and they feel stuck be cause they suffer without the pain meds for their conditions. I warn every person I know that gets sent there. Would not recommend

I was there for 3 appointments and on all 3, I was made to wait on dreadfully uncomfortable chairs for over an hour and a half each time. Nothing he did for me helped. They made my latest appointment to tell me the results of a nerve test, and after waiting in their disgusting and shabby lobby for almost 2 hours, he didn't have the report. When I asked him why they made the appointment he became rude and told me if I didn't like it, I could go elsewhere. And so I will!

I really do like Dr. Kirsten very much. He’s polite, concerned, and spends plenty of time with me, asking how things are going in regards to pain. He also doesn’t mind explaining health issues to me as regard to pain. It’s nice to finally find someone to help out with pain management as it refers to other things with my health. He doesn’t BS about anything, and He doesn’t mind that my Husband is always with me. I’m very thankful that my Primary Care Provider sent me to Him. I look forward to a great Dr. /Patient relationship.

Amazingly thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I have been to countless doctors over the past several years for myself and my father, and I finally found a doctor with a real brain!! I am happy to recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone in pain, that really wants it to end. Not just meds, but an entire plan of action including acupuncture and chiropractic! I am very grateful that I found him....it seems in the nick of time
