Dr. Dennis Muller, OD

The office was nice and the staff was friendly, however the doctor was very impatient and kinda mean with my child for not understanding what he was being asked to look at. It was his very first real eye exam and the doctor yelled at him for looking at him instead of at the door behind him. Thankfully the whole appointment was no longer than 15-20 minutes although I'm a little skeptical about the results of the exam because my child was only asked to read one letter before the appointment was over.

Our family has been going to Dr Muller for many years and have always been happy with his service.

My daughter went in for an eye exam to get new contacts. She did not receive the service that was requested. She received an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. When I called the office, I was told she did not request contacts. I advised that she discussed the contact lens fitting exam copay with office staff. I was advised she could come back to the office for an addition exam and contact lens fitting . The cost would be an additional $110. My daughter did not get the service she requested and did not get her contacts. This was a waste of $40. I will never give a recommendation for Dr Dennis Muller and we will never use this doctor again. I have no trust in this provider.

I didn't receive the service I requested which was a contact exam instead my son received an eye exam with a prescription. I was not refunded my money and I didn't receive my contact exam.
