Horrible. As a first time patient of hers. Diana is far from being professional. She talks at you not to you. She did not allow me to brief her on my chief complaints before interrupting. She came off high sprung with little to know empathy;or compassion to my condition and treatment. As a professional in Health Care Administration I rate today's service a "Half Star" with room for improvement in patient care.
