Neuropsychologist
Dr. Diana Miner, PHD, is a very compassionate and wise professional. Dr. Miner is very adept in knowing what kinds of topics to address, and how to adress these topics in a very thought provoking way. Dr. Miner is very brilliant in her understanding of the way that the brain works. We were very satisfied with my son's evaluation which was extremely in depth. I would highly recommend Dr. Miner.

Avoid her
She charged my insurance $6K for testing I never completed - and when I questioned her, basically asked why I cared since insurance was paying…. Think she should stick to the courtroom and forensic work. In my experience not much bedside manner, no compassion, little patience and a generally chilly attitude.

Horrendously unprofessional
Telehealth
Had a great couple of visits, thought she was being really helpful but randomly she decided she didn't want to treat me and essentially dropped me as a patient without notifying me. When I reached back out to schedule further visits, she gave me a 'Let's be honest, this just wasn't working out' as if she was shocked I didn't expect this to happen. I was certainly shocked - both at the fact she felt she couldn't treat me, the way she went about it, and her overall unprofessional demeanor. Please do yourself a favor and find a professional therapist who isn't so full of herself. I have had very good experiences with therapy and some bad ones, this was by far the worst.

I've had the opportunity to work with Dr Miner over the last 5 months on a range of issues like anxiety, relationship troubles, dealing with childhood traumas, etc. Her suite has been such a pleasure to visit, and I've always felt calm and at ease there. Dr Miner herself is incredibly kind, non-judgmental, and easy to open up to -- I looked forward to our sessions as one of the highlights of my week, and have seen so much growth within myself even in this short time. Starting therapy is one of the best things I've done for myself, and I feel so fortunate to have found Dr Miner.

Due to the high stress environment of my occupation, I've been suffering from clinical anxiety and depression for years. Dr Miner has been really helping me put my life back together and maintain my mental health. She is truly a miracle worker, having shown me how to embrace my weaknesses and deal with them directly in a healthy way instead of trying to hide my emotions and negatively impact my mental state. She helps me understand my symptoms better, utilize my strength and practice steps to improve my state of mind. If you ever feels depressed and stuck, talk to a professional to better understand yourself. You will be glad, there is no shame in expressing your feeling to someone who can help you see the light. Thank you so much Dr Miner, you really help me get through. I highly recommend Dr Miner to anyone who is seeking help from a leader in neuropsychology.

Be very careful before you set up any appointment with Dr. Miner because she lies to the patients. She does not want to deal with insurance to submit claim which she is supposed to do, she tells the patient they are 100% covered before set up the evaluation or treatment. If you question about the details, she would say “I won’t see you, go to see other doctors!” She is lack of the basic ethical responsibility as a doctor.

Dr. Miner is a great listener. We came to her with a very complex problem in our fairly recent yet very intense relationship. She asked good questions and really knew how to help us open up. I am glad we found her!

Dr. Miner was extremely professional and put me at ease. From the get go, I knew that she would be able to help me. She established a safe, non-judgmental environment in which to explore my issues and emotions. Whenever I leave her office, I feel invigorated from the conversation and insights she provides. I feel that Ive grown significantly over the past few years in thanks to our sessions. I cannot say enough good things about her and I would recommend her to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Miner by a friend, who has been seeing her for ongoing sessions for a year. She's made amazing positive changes in her life. I felt very comfortable discussing my issues with Dr. Miner. Dr. Miner was warm and insightful and we laid out goals that we are going to focus on going forward. I felt very supported and safe throughout the session. I look forward to going back!!

Her credentials seemed very impressive, that's what lured me in with my child. We started out with once a week appointments for about a mth...then she was moving said she would notify everyone after the move. I had to call her, she never called me. Then she set up my child's appointments for once a month, instead of the once a week, which was needed. When I asked why, the answers were bogus. I got my child out of there....I felt she had no interest in helping. Who sets up appts once a mth
