Efficient, professional, friendly, and thorough. I have been to a couple of ENT providers in the past, but this one is now one of my favorites. Not only did she prescribe a medication that is working well (historically, this has not been the case with other meds prescribed), but she also used technology to take notes so there was no waiting for typing, and it ensured that all things she said and I said were captured through text to speech. I will continue to go back to this provider. I read the other review from the patient, which was not completely positive. It's been my experience that many conflicts are due to miscommunication. That said, the entire healthcare industry has moved away from a positive bedside manner. I don't need a doctor to be nice, but I do need them to do their job effectively. Dr. Shreiber exceeded my expectations. I also felt that she was nice.

Went to ENTAA GlenBurnie location. Visit was great no issue until upon checkout I asked for my visit notes. Which a member of front desk staff printed out for me. I wanted a copy because my balance test was scheduled for 2 months out and if I went to different office I could have what went on during visit. I read the 4 pages after I left. Several thing which we didn’t even discuss were in my notes. Like placing patient on prednisone and night time muscle relaxers. The prednisone yes but no muscle relaxer. Also I can’t take IBUPROFEN or any NSAIDS snd that was in my notes. I told her I have ulcerative colitis. Also 3 different creams which she never discussed with me. So I went back into office and asked front desk to speak with her. The doctor then rudely came out in front of entire office saying I should not have a copy of the office visit and asking how I got it. Saying my health information in front of entire front office. Will not go to this doctor again.
