Diana only knows how to handle the most cookie cutter cases. Do not see her if you have CPTSD, she’ll only make it worse. When I told her I didn’t know how to handle my rumination, intrusive thoughts, and disassociation, she literally told me she doesn’t know either and we just sat there in silence staring at each other. I’ve never felt stonewalled by a provider until I met Diana. Really disappointing experience from someone who has such good ratings. I’d say she’d probably suited specifically for people who just need medication management and someone to tell them they’re sorry to hear about what they are going through. But when it comes to actually changing behavior or working through complex problems, if there’s not a worksheet that’s applicable then she has no idea how to handle it during the session.

I worked for Diana for nearly two years, and she is a fantastic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I’ve never met anyone more caring or passionate about her patients, who isn’t afraid to go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. She has patience and a talent for listening that allows her patients to feel heard, validated, and understood. Not to mention, a fantastic sense of humor that puts people at ease and makes them feel comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough!!
