Diana Tilson, LICSW

I highly, highly recommend working with Diana Tilson. She is so incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and professional. I have made huge strides since I started seeing her regularly! Her approach is so open and direct, and I've learned so much about myself because she is unflinchingly willing to speak honestly when I need to hear it. She's incredibly smart and so easy to communicate with (that is key!). I didn't know what to look for in a therapist when I started this search, but working with Diana has been hugely beneficial to my wellbeing, and I'm confident that she can bring that to your [the reader's] treatment, if you're ready for it.

I came to Diana in a time of great stress and anxiety and found the best therapist I've ever met with. During these weird pandemic times, she has helped me through moments of acute stress and kept me on a positive path through more ordinary days. Ms. Fox suggested I see a new provider after only four visits when comments I made during our last session were both misconstrued and taken out of context. Efforts to explain myself, even to her supervisor, were only met with patronization. I felt abandoned, hurt, and disappointed by Ms. Fox's lack of both professionalism and backbone in sorting out the issue with me as her patient. My layman's understanding was that therapists were supposed to help, not abandon. I doubt I'll ever see another.
