Diane Knights, FNP

Diane is so incredibly knowledgeable and honest. She truly focuses on the whole person and not just the issue you present with in her office. She also emphasizes healthy eating and the importance of taking care of yourself on a daily basis. Can't say enough great things about Diane! She's fantastic and she will take great care of you and your entire family.

Diane is always so knowledgeable and takes time to explain and answer everything. I appreciate her expertise and the care she shows her patients. She really is the best.

I made an appt to establish care - self pay no insurance. Labs were ordered I was not made aware of and then I receive large bill in the mail. I contacted the lab and told them I never authorized the testing nor was I informed it was going to be done. I also contacted Ms. Knight's office and told her the same thing and she never disputed what I was saying. The lab followed up with her after I told them I did not owe for something I did not authorize nor was informed would take place and she told the lab I did know and was informed which is a complete and utter lie. Not ONE health history question was asked of me such as previous surgeries, current health conditions, family history, etc. I was charged over $200 that day just to see her for 5 minutes - most of my time was spent with a student (who was very nice). I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time before I was even called back. Receptionist is very rude. I expect honesty and transparency from a medical professional.

Mrs Knights is great, she doesn’t push too many meds on you and helps you make lifestyle changes to improve your health.

Diane Knights is a very caring and compassionate nurse practitioner . I have received the best care from her than any nurse practitioner or doctor in my lifetime. She does have nurse practitioner students for whom she serves as preceptor but even the students are excellent. You could not ask for a better role model/preceptor than Ms. Knights. I should know. I am a retired nurse practitioner !

We visited back in November 2019 to establish care and to get refills on my blood pressure medication. NP students were in the room with us the whole time and the supervising NP never set foot in our room. Basic, cursory physical exams were performed and I was told some basic labs would be ordered. Being an otherwise healthy 36 yo male, didn't think much of it. I was somewhat shocked to receive 2 bills in the mail from Quest Diagnostics, totaling over $1100. One of the labs checked for me was testosterone and another was vitamin D. I called to try to get more information as to why this was ordered and was met with a very rude and unprofessional secretary who was not qualified to answer my questions but was dignified anyway. I have called numerous times to speak with Knight, but she's never around. I am a physician myself (ER, but family medicine board-certified) so I do find her lack of accountability appalling. I would never recommend her.

Our family loves Diane Knights. She is personal, compassionate and caring. She is knowledgeable and she addresses our concerns quickly. We couldn't ask for any better care from her.
