Not likely. I talked with her before scheduling a same day appointment. I explained that I had pulled a tendon or pulled a muscle. She said I needed to be seen, so I drove the 30 miles to the office. She briefly examined my leg and said I needed an ultrasound to check for a blood clot. I told her it was not a blood clot that I had three blood clots and this did not feel the same. She said she still needed to check to make sure it was not. So I ask what the next steps were if it was not a blood clot. she said that they really didn't treat pulled muscles other than heat and stretching. I went and had the ultrasound and there was no blood clot. She could have told me over the phone to have the ultrasound which I could have done in Lawrence, KS. If it was a blood clot I would have gone to my Oncology doctor to have it treated. I only went to her because it was a pulled muscle and she could have told me over the phone that they didn't treat pulled muscles and save me a 60 mile trip.

Ms. Krafft was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She answer my questions and gave me good medical advise.

Hello, I had the pleasure of being seen by Diane Krafft. My original Dr. Nazzario was out of the office and I was seen by Diane. Very pleasant and personable person. She was very concerned about me and made sure I understood everything that she was saying to me. My examine was nice and painless. I would recommend other patients to her. Sweet lady.

Diane is a great provider, very kind and understanding. My children see her yearly for physicals and they love her as well. Office staff very friendly, minimal wait time. Schedule is flexible and they offer same day for urgent care like sickness or injury. I have recommended my family and friends to her office.

I recently saw Diane Krafft for evaluation/treatment of shoulder pain. I had not met her before and was very positively lmpressed wth her knowledge and thoroughness, but most positively impressed with the genuineness of relationship and openness she modeled. As a psychologist I am aware that quality of therapeutic relationship is crucial to positive treatment outcomes, and Diane exemplifies the establishment of such a relationship.
