Horrible experience. I was trying to explain my symptoms and she snaps at me. She then criticized me for making the appointment. Then when I felt things were getting out of hand, I requested my a relative come in and assist with the appointment, she ignored me and then tells me there's no reason they need to come in. Then she underdiognosed me with my spine. And on too of it she tells me u have a condition that I later found out I DON'T have. So my suggestion to people is to stay far away from that person. Horrible experience with her at Mohawk Valley Orthopedic!! Luckily I found a real health professional to take over my case.

Something is going on with her. She used to be spot-on. Now, she makes an assumption what is wrong and gives treatment without full understanding of the issue. When the truth is brought to light, nothing changes. I was mis-treated, so that I must go elsewhere for the correct treatment, even out-of-network, if I must.
