Dianna Chillo-Havercamp, LCSW

I arrived for an appointment with Diana and she had forgotten. She wasn't there. The following week I texted her I was suicidal bc I was physically ill with no end in sight an being abused by my then boyfriend. She told me to go to the ER if I was going to hurt myself. Three days later at my next session with her she had forgotten about my wanting to unalive myself. I felt shame since she is a really talented therapist and my self esteem was quite low. I didn't say anything I was so hurt even though it was she who was careless. Her admin sent me a bill that was more than Dianna and I had agreed on. I texted Dianna to object. She snapped that she had tried to help me and many other with affordable rates. I canceled my next appointment. That was it. She is a talented therapist but does that mean that my life does not matter? I just saw a pop up that reviews with subjects like this will get flagged? Why? Is she not accountable?

She is the best therapist I've ever had. She is thorough, compassionate and really intelligent. I think she is one of the best listeners I've ever met, too. Totally professional demeanor.
