What a breathe of fresh air. It was a pleasure dealing with Dianna today. She was thorough; answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was very comfortable discussing my health issues with her.

Dianna is unprofessional and indecent. The first thing she did when walking into the room was scold me for not properly filling out my paperwork. I felt very uncomfortable and attacked. She did not ask me how I was feeling and showed no compassion.
