Dimitry is the best fit for me of any therapist I’ve ever worked with. I like that he is not a “one size fits all” therapist. He has a lot of tools in the toolbox and is able to draw from many modalities and approaches to find the right solution to each particular problem. And if one approach doesn’t work, we try something else. He has really helped me a lot.

Dimitry is very easy to work with. He is experienced, understanding, supportive, and very careful with his phrasing. He always guides the session, and I don't have to come up with what to talk about.

I am a graduate of UCLA and Pepperdine University. In 2013, my group founded Southern California Therapy on Larchmont Blvd in Los Angeles. A second office opened in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2015.
