I think she was rude and inconsiderate about anything she even took phone call from her boyfriend. On our second visit she was rude and did not address any complaint I had the next day I called her and asked for an x-ray and she refused I had to get one from another doctor and to find out I had pneumonia the whole time.

I had a telehealth visit with Dionne (due to COVID). Her bedside manner was AWFUL - she was rude, abrupt, and didn't actively listen to my concerns. When I scheduled a second telehealth visit with her, she demanded to know why I made the appointment with her instead of the doctor (who had a 4-6 week appointment wait time). She rushed through the appointment, prescribed a medicine, and hung up in 10 minutes. Dionne was not interested in resolving my issues -- just dictating to me and getting off the phone.
