Her office forces patients to agree to a car dealership-like APR policy that would charge people interest if they missed payments. I'd never seen anything like it.
Also, her office refuses to do immigration vaccinations as required by USCIS. My wife is not required by USCIS to take another medical exam but her office is trying to force it on us at the tune of $400, which won't be covered by insurance.
Admission nurse slammed door in my face when I asked her why was I even there for?.
