Unprofessional
I do not recommend this therapist. I reached out to Donna over a week ago via her website with no response. I was initially drawn to her for the unwavering support she seems to have toward the LGBT community (at least that’s what her website leads you to believe). Being a gay man I found this essential in my rapport with a potential therapist. However, zero reply and zero sense of urgency. Perhaps my insurance isn’t up to par for her? Although she was recommended from my provider as someone who takes my insurance. Or maybe she’s got a full client schedule? I'll never know since she hasn’t responded. Regardless, ignoring potential patients that may be experiencing mental health issues to me is a red flag. Unprofessional.
