She absolutely should not be working with people who are at a low point seeking therapy. She is honestly the most unprofessional and downright disgusting person I've met. Someone seeking therapy wants comfort and help, not to have someone reinforce all the messed up thoughts that are passing through their head. Despite what it says online, she does not offer services for Eating Disorders, and if you ask her about CBT, she will tell you to read a book.
