Donna has been a bright spot in my life during a very dark time. I've been seeing her weekly for 5-6 months now and have learned so much about myself. She has provided tools that I believe will help me live a happier, healthier life and I feel confident in my ability to face it for the first time in quite a while. I didn't know it when I began my sessions with her, but after a crisis event and a trip to the hospital I learned I have bipolar I disorder and was untreated for 30ish years. While the changes in medication have helped me to regulate/take more control of my moods, I credit most of the positive life changes to my sessions with Donna and the things I've learned there. I'm learning how to not be my own enemy. I can say with 100% certainty that Donna genuinely cares about her clients and wants to share tools that will improve life for people. She takes her role seriously yet she is relatable and understanding. She likes to laugh and I truly feel I can say whatever is on my mind. It feels like a safe space. Keep in mind, this only works if you put it into practice, but if you're willing to do that life has the potential to be a more positive, rewarding experience than what it may look like right now.
