I am very pleased with Dora. She was the first audiologist who listened to me what was the problem with my hearing aid. I normally have my sister who is my audiologist do my hearing test and fitting. My sis left her position. After going thur several audiologist for 2 yrs, my sis suggested me to go to Dora and I listened. Dora figured out the problem and got the company to replace my aids with no charge . Since then no problem. Now after 2 years, I am actually in the process of tweaking stage ??
