Dorcas is very knowledgeable but rigid and perhaps overly conservative in her approach to psychopharmacological therapy. I didn’t always feel like I was being listened to. I also believe, like most healthcare practitioners, the business part of her practice takes precedent over patient care. Your level of care will coincide with how much your insurance will contractually compensate her. I’m sure that self pay clients would have a better experience.
