Doreen is understanding and is the voice of reason
There were NO signs that mentioned Bristol Health, only Plainville Primary. Even the receptionist was saying I was in the wrong place. Thankfully, another woman in the receptionist area recognized Doreen’s name and cleared up the confusion.
