Dorota was assigned to me and thank god she was. I had a right knee replacement in November and I had gone through rehab at the Hebrew Home in Rockville and then the County in home rehab. My doctor signed a prescription to the NRH and I picked Germantown. Dorota was very competent and put me through my paces. I was going twice a week and she made sure I did everything that she wanted me to do. She even sent me home with exercises which she wanted me to due. The knee that was replaced was fine but my hamstrings in both legs would tighten up and I couldn't walk very far before I would have to stop. Because of Coved 19 I was confined to my house so Dorota arranged for virtual Therapy which I did for five visits. My hamstrings haven't hurt since I came to Ocean City the end of May. At least I can carry my beach stuff with out to much trouble. I would recommend Dorota to any of my friends that need physical therapy.
