Worst patient experience

Dorsey talks down to people to make herself feel better. She obviously feels like she is above everyone she sees as a patient. I find it weird that she asks every time why I am seeing her. Is it not in the notes? Can she not remember a person that she has seen for two years? Dr Chandra is the only reason I stay with this office. Nissa is really nice and helpful as well. However, I do not always get to see either of them and get stuck with Dorsey. I truly feel like she should be removed from the Healthcare industry. Why be rude to people when you signed up to help people? Maybe to feed the ultra ego she has by belittling those who need to see her.
