-BEWARE- Don't Trust This Person With Your Work Injury, HE IS NOT HONEST in what he list in the injury reports about all injured parts of your body related to a work related injury, that should be listed for your medical needs and the future of your medical care and attention, because he is supposed to minimize what he puts in your injury report and recorded extent of your injury to reduce the legal and financial responsibility of the workers compensation insurance company's. I had a torn shoulder muscle and neck damage, he would not order an MRI of my neck and he did not make any notes about my neck pain injury that I told him about in every in office visit. A specialist that my attorney sent me to found that I suffered permanent neck damage from my work injury.
