have had a very positive experience at Summit Vision with Dr. Sarah Rohr. I normally had seen Dr. Kennedy but after having a horrible extensive fiberglass injury on Thanksgiving, I had seen both Eye Doctors at this location. My normal wonderful vision yearly appointments prior to the injury have been with Dr. Kennedy (male) and each visit my husband and I have left impressed. I have went into to see Dr. Rohr multiple times now with my eyes in various stages of injury and in the worst pain I’ve had all my life from the fiberglass. She displays professionalism, empathy, compassion, and answers all questions I have had. She has been able to remove fiberglass pieces each time that I go and has each time gently checked the scratches in my eye and under the lid through this arduous time. I would recommend Summit Vision to anyone and both Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Rohr are outstanding. We are newer to Colorado and I can honestly say they are the best eye Doctor's I have ever been to all of my life. When needing glasses the staff is wonderful to correct any needed issues and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. The staff there when checking in and out is always on top of things and they are great about calling in any needed eye medication to the pharmacy. I would easily give this rating more than a 5 star for Dr. Douglas Kennedy and Dr. Sarah Rohr if I could. They even moved locations recently across the street and it’s so spacious and inviting. If you don’t come to Dr. Kennedy or Dr. Sarah Rohr at Summit in Erie than you’re missing out. I truly feel they are the best. I referred a neighbor here too and she’s been very happy with her glasses experience she’s had. Both Eye Doctors hear Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Rohr deserve an award for excellence in patient care for being caring, professional, not rushing patients, helping patients feel heard, experience and total care. I would recommend anyone here, even if it is a bit of a drive it’s worth it. I also have the most lightweight comfortable glasses I’ve ever had in all my life and if there is any problems with them due to how fragile they can be they are always quick to resolve the problem. Both Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Rohr have seen me at different stages through the fiberglass process and have helped to gently remove pieces they can see with dye that helps them stand out some, and have done careful exams to make sure my cornea is okay. I recommend Summit Vision in Erie to anyone. If you are looking for exceptional, consistent appointments and experiences you will find it here and can trust these doctors with your vision concerns.
