I went to Dr Vander Ploeg when his practice was in Scarborough. He’s wonderful. The decompression therapy he provided me had my back almost pain-free for nearly 2 years after treatment ended. Glad he’s still around, but sad to find he’s moved so far away. So I’m trying someone else. However, if that doesn’t work out, I’ll make the trip to see him again!

I have been in pain for years and on medication.I decided to pay a visit to Maine Spine & Nerve and was very pleased with the results. At first I wondered because it took a few treatments before started to notice the pain decrease. After about 7 treatments I was very happy with the results and I am at this time not taking any medication. If and when I meet someone with back or leg pain I tell them about what I did and advise them to at least give it a try. Thank You Dr. Vander Ploeg everything
