Wow! From the first, this confident, friendly, purposeful professional set a course for my recovery from a total knee replacement. Thoughtful, pragmatic, empathetic and by design, Dr. Z promotes testing your limits with you as the vehicle and she as the navigator. I felt pushed, tested, challenged in all good ways...and I was exhausted afterwards ( a good exhaustion). She is to be highly commended.
