Complete lack of compassion
My mother-in-law has terminal cancer. We requested Edith to put in a hospice referral and she completely refused. She was very argumentative and stated because she wasn’t the one that diagnosed the cancer she refused to put in the referral. She’s very harsh and her tone very scolding to the patient, and in general, I had no grasp of compassion or kindness.
