Edward Ebert, PMHNP

Edward was completely ineffectual as a healer, condescending, naive, ignorant, and arrogant. He is incompetent and clueless as a mental health provider. My life is worse off for having met this imbecile. He lies on chart notes and has no idea what he is doing. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart, that I HATE Edward and wish I had never met him and am positive this monster should not be in the position he is. Completely worthless as a mental health professional.

My absolute favorite. Have been with about 40 different Nurse Practitioners and Ward is the best.. BY FAR.

Ward was the first mental health professional that I got along with. He was the first one that I looked forward to seeing every week. He was the first one to approach my issues in a new way and tried me on medications nobody had considered, which ended up helping me thrive for almost a year. Whenever I was in crisis he was there. He always considered my wishes and desires when making decisions about my health. When he had to leave Shifa things went very downhill for me. I miss him and I haven’t been able to find someone who can help me like he did ever since.

Ward was an amazing individual to work with. He is the first psych professional to keep me stable over an extended period of time. He listened, and caught something that NO other professional in over 5 years of mental health specialists after being diagnosed that made a huge improvement to my quality of life and stability. The fault in scheduling, med issues, and failure to meet patient needs lies not with Ward, but with the office staff and other providers at Shifa Health.

If you value your mental health, DO NOT GO TO THIS PERSON! The lack of professionalism and human empathy is astounding! Poor communication and constant screw ups with my meds and at my most vulnerable they left me hanging- no refills and was told I would have to go to the ER after treating me for over a year! People who clearly don't care about people should NOT be health care workers of any kind! If your not in crisis-this place will put you in one! I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
