EILEEN JACKSON WORKING AT BELLEVUE HOSPITAL CENTER NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICES AS SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL- HER RESPONSE TODAY WAS: I DO NOT WORK OUT SIDE CASES THAT SHE WAS BUSY AND HAS OTHER CASES TO WORK ON AND SHE WILL CALL ME BACK - SHE DID NOT EVEN ASKED FOR A NUMBER TO CALL BACK - AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME.. TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.
