Beautiful office however Eileen Mahler leaves much to be desired. She doesn't really listen to your concerns. She clearly isn't well schooled in thyroid disease and illnesses. Beware of the billing department as well. They'll claim that you have a copay and will refuse to reimburse you.

Not the best, nor worst. She listens to an extent. Several of my questions seemed to be brushed off, while others answered adequately. If I wasn’t referred to this clinic, I would have sought after someone who’s more knowledgeable on Veterans issues/concerns. * follow up was an issue... I had to call since her assistant seems to forget a lot.
