Very Knowledgeable
We found Dr. Paniagua to be very knowledgeable and professional. She explained our assessment results in detail and in a way that made sense to us. She is well informed about research and we appreciated her holistic approach as we did not want to medicate our child and were looking for other solutions. We walked away with a good understanding of my son's difficulties and with some good recommendations and resources. We felt the Dr is genuinely invested in her patient's well being. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend for assessment
I came to Dr. Paniagua for an assessment after struggling with a number of symptoms for many years. I had been on different medications with no relief and side effects only made things worse. I had a great experience, she was very thorough, explained my results in detail and it really made a difference for me as i finally got some real explanation of my symptoms which allowed me to address the root cause. I loved her holistic approach. Worked for me. Highly recommend

Started out great then got troubling After scheduling an appointment to see Dr Paniagua, I was passed on to an intern, despite my issue being severe. Regardless, I found the intern very knowledgeable. We seemed to be a good match, and so I enjoyed having them as my therapist very much at first. A lot of hardship hit me and I became the dreaded “S” word. Suddenly, our very helpful sessions became one of only going over a coping list. There were rarely additions and every time I tried to talk of a current issue, I e would either talk about if very briefly for a couple minutes or I would be dismissed. At the very end, what caused me to leave is that not only was I hardly able to talk without being talked over, but I was REPEATEDLY gaslit but saying I wasn’t utilizing my coping skills or doing any work. Little did they know, but I actually started adding exposures to my list. It actually has gotten to the point where I am barely even triggered by my original issue! Just recently I cooked dinner, which I haven’t done in four years. So, I obviously am putting in my work. On my own mind you. The result was that I started feeling exceptionally bad about myself, as if it was all my fault. I was made to feel helpless as I honestly thought I found the perfect therapist to have them suddenly start behaving in this manor. I left in a major crisis because they were making me feel that bad. All of this did immediately start after receiving my assessment results. I was told at one point I needed better care then what they could offer, yet they oddly specialize in my diagnosis. The assessment cost my insurance thousands.
