Elaina is the best provider I have ever seen. She is so smart & takes her time to figure out exactly the problem. I wish I had found her long ago & would recommend her to anyone

Does not listen to your concerns. Acted rushed the entire time. Will order completely unnecessary testing for you and charge you $180 for a test you didn’t need! And when you call their staff, they will hang up on you.

She did not even see my husband in the room, literally stood in the doorway of the room. He was extremely sick and vomiting, would not look at his vomit, had to beg her to order a test to see if it was positive for blood, which it was, and for an anti nausea medication. Im a nurse myself, and would never deny seeing a pt because they were vomiting, just really poor care. called the office manage and notified of her behavior, will turn her into the TN nurse board
