Elaine Zapata took time to explain everything to me. She also took time to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable with her.

The office staff and Doctors all make you feel very welcomed. Elaine has a very compassionate heart and sweet personality. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain so that you understand. Elaine will go the extra mile for you and follow up when needed . I appreciate the care I have received at this office.

Elaine is friendly and easy to talk with and is helpful with any question regarding your health. She does not rush you and takes the time to make sure you understand what she is telling you the patient. Thank you to all the staff and especially Elaine.

Dr. Ripley's practice is the best practice ever. They take time to answer all questions and are available any time needed. For any procedure needed the staff explains why the procedure is necessary and what to expect. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to them.

ElaineZapata is the mot knowledgeable person I’ve ever met in the Medical field, she knows her field and all about endometrial cancer and explains it in lay person terms. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable and when I left last Thursday I had no questions she covered it all !! I had tests onThursday last week and she called me onFriday with some results then again today Monday with another update !! She is on it every step of the way !! Top notch. I drive an hour and a half to this practice and would drive even further if need be.

I am a 16 year Breast/Ovarian Cancer Survivor. Originally diagnosed while I was living in Atlanta, Ga. Had a wonderful doctor there. Then moved to Chicago, Illinois and had a great doctor there. I have been in Florida 10 years and I know I have the best with Elaine Zapata, ARNP. She and the staff are amazing. I have total confidence in all of them. I visit their office twice a year and fell confident I am in the best place I need to be.

I love the employees at this office. The Receptionist greets you with a smile, the medical assistants make you feel comfortable and the Physicians Assistants, Elaine Zapata for one, spends time listening to your concerns and answering your questions. Makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.
