Been in therapy for about 4 years . i was seeing another and felt i was not making progress. So i found Elena Corral and been seeing her for 4-6 months now. She would just listen and helped me start working on my inner child trauma and getting me to the right psychologist for any medications needed . She has helped me tremendously and would help you too if you are looking for therapy and would recommend her 100%.

I have had sessions in office and by telehealth. We work on the traumatized parts of me. I have experienced a bit by bit healing. I consider Elena Corral to be an excellent therapist She is able to effectively lead sessions in person and via telehealth calls.

Elena is very knowledgeable. She has different modalities to help you work through your problems that I had not used before. This is helping me to find a better approach to problem solving. She has in particular given me new insights in navigating relationships. I would definitely recommend her. She is also always on time, does not rush you and easy to communicate with.
