Unprofessional & unreliable
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Elina is in the wrong profession. She lacks basic empathy & listening skills. Voicemails & emails don’t get returned. She doesn’t respond to faxes from my pharmacy. I finally cut the cord & switched to a different provider. I wish I’d left sooner.
