Learning of Mr. Lebow came at the right time in my life. Just a few years into being diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic as an adult, I had hit my wall of exhaustion from dealing with the day-to-day of managing the condition. It also exacerbated issues I already had with anxiety and depression. Eliot is the perfect person to talk to for all of my needs. I've already started implementing new things into my life and learning about how to approach stressful situations. I highly recommend him.

"Eliot has been instrumental in helping me manage my diabetes not only on a physical level but mentally and emotionally as well. Having diabetes can cause depression and anxiety that affects health and well-being. His intimate knowledge of diabetes first hand as a diabetic himself, provides a unique insight into these life challenges that other providers cannot offer. I am happy to say my diabetes is completely under control with exercise, healthy eating and managing my anxiety with Eliot."

Eliot LeBow helped me through the toughest years of my life. Being in the midst of a challenging divorce and suffering from multiple substance abuse addictions, I had hit rock bottom and was in desperate need of help. Eliot counseled me for 5 years and helped me take back control of my somewhat horrific life. He was patient, calm and had a deep sense of sincerity and concern. Thanks to him, I overcame my addictions and am able to cope with life's adversities without turning to alcohol/drugs.

I have had considerable experience with ?therapists? throughout my life. Not one has ever reached me the way Eliot has. His insight is remarkable. You would think combining psycho-therapy and diabetes coaching/therapy is NOT a novel idea ? but yet, I have found no one else that provides this type of therapy. I travel almost an hour each way weekly to meet with Eliot. I have recommended him to my friends who don?t have diabetes. He is that good. ?
